Convex Capital led, structured and executed the sale of 39% of the equity of M2 Digital to ECI Partners, in a deal that valued the business at £33m.
Mike Driver and Peter Quinn formed M2 Digital in 1992. By 2006, the business provided Managed Print Services to thousands of UK businesses and generated Revenues of £30m.
The Convex team approached a select number of private equity investors and trade acquirers to provide the shareholders with a range of options to crystallise the value of their equity.
