Convex Capital led, structured and originated the sale of 2 Recycling Limited, a leading UK B2B factory collection metal recycling operation, to CorpAcq a UK based corporate investment company for an undisclosed sum.
Since its inception in 2007, 2 Recycling has disrupted the market and transformed the way metal recycling operates through its mantra of “Scrap metal at its most professional”. By re-writing the rule book and focussing on transparency and customer service, 2 Recycling has become a vital part of its customers’ supply chain, offering a value added, collaborative and fully auditable waste management solution.
A deal was structured to secure the long-term success of the Company and provide further resource and expertise to help deliver managements ambitious growth plans.
