Blinds 2go
Convex Capital originated, led, structured and completed the sale of Blinds 2go, the UK’s largest and longest established internet blinds retailer, to multinational corporation Hunter Douglas N.V.
Based in Nottingham, Blinds 2go was founded in 2000 by Mark Bramley and was the first specialist online blinds retailer in the UK.
The Company has covered over 4 million windows in the UK, providing a blind or curtain to every street in the land.
The deal was managed to completion by Mike Driver and a team including Nathalie Hodgkinson. The deal was originated in-house by James Edge and Warren Meggitt.
