Moda Furnishings is the UK’s leading omni-channel outdoor furniture retailer, offering a unique, modular range of designs with an exceptional reputation for customer service and quality of product. The Company is Headquartered in Manchester, was established in 2014 and has grown rapidly in sales and profitability in that time.
Convex Capital structured a deal which gave the shareholders 85% of their consideration on completion. CEO Jonathan Brierley and COO Vallan McCarthy will remain with the Business following the deal to drive the next phase of growth.
