Convex Capital has acted as exclusive advisor to the Shareholders on the sale of The Protein Lab (UK) Ltd trading as Private Label Nutrition, one of the UK’s leading fully integrated contract manufacturers of health & wellness supplements and sports nutrition producing pharmaceutical grade vitamins, minerals, supplements and powders, to a listed strategic acquirer.
Headquartered in Blackpool, Private Label Nutrition was founded by James Wilson and Richard Richmond in 2014 and provides full-service nutraceutical supply, specialising in bulk, white or private label manufactured products for many of Europe’s leading suppliers, exporting to over 30 countries worldwide. The business has created an 8,500 sq. ft state of the art manufacturing facility and employ 22 staff.
