Convex Capital exclusively managed, structured and completed the sale of Riliance Software Limited to UK-based The Access Group, a leading provider of software to mid-market businesses.


Riliance is a leading provider of governance, risk management and compliance software, primarily to the legal sector.

Since launching its first software products in 2012, the majority Shareholder Mark Gidge together with the management team have grown the product offering and customer base every year. The successful completion to a strategic buyer will help to accelerate the Company’s growth plans to into new sectors.
