UK POS
Convex Capital exclusively managed, structured and completed the sale of UK Point of Sale Group Limited to Swedish Conglomerate Lifco AB, who will consolidate the UK POS operation within their global Business Service and Distribution division.
Established in 1989, UK POS are market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of over 25 million visual display products to some of the UK’s biggest retailers and names in hospitality and leisure, as well as the education, local authority, marketing and printing sectors.
The business operates from an impressive 50,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Greater Manchester, manufacturing an innovative product range which includes pavement signs, leaflet holders and sign holders.
In 2018, the business reported net sales of c. £12m.
