Convex Team, Neil Worsley, Laura Kemp and Gareth Lewis have completed the sale of Discount-Supplements.co.uk to US giant GNC Inc. From first contact with GNC to completion the deal took less than 5 months. The sale delivered a valuation equal to 15x EBITDA, with 90% of the consideration paid in cash on completion. The shareholders were delighted with the result and feel that GNC is a fantastic home for the business.
