Why are you passionate about working at Convex?

I enjoy leading a team of unique, motivated, interesting and amazing people at Convex Capital. It’s hard to convey how motivated I am to deliver deals which change my clients’ ives. I understand the responsibility I have to the people who entrust their businesses to my care and I am passionate about creating the best possible deal for them.

Why did you decide to join Convex?

I’ve caught the deal bug. I enjoy the challenge of creating a deal that exceeds my clients’ expectations. Convex Capital gives me the opportunity to utilise my skills to deliver special opportunities to great people.

What were you doing before joining Convex?

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 21 and completed my first private equity deal at 22. I realised early in my career that Audit wasn’t going to cut it for me after that. I started a telecommunications business with 3 friends that I was able to sell after 12 months.
