Introduction:
Dan was born and raised in Lancaster where he attended Carnforth High School and then Lancaster Royal Grammar School. Dan then went on to study Business Management at the University of Birmingham.
During his third year of university, Dan spent a year in London working in a high growth start-up in which he bolstered his skills leading and developing dynamic teams, networking with clients, negotiating commercials, and sales development. After leaving university, Dan took on a role as an Account Manager at Softcat where he developed his skills in sales and became passionate about understanding and solving IT challenges faced by mid-market to enterprise businesses across a wide range of industries. Dan left Softcat to join Convex in 2022, looking to utilise his experience and skills in Deal Origination.
Outside of work, Dan is a keen surfer, BJJ practitioner, rock climber, and regularly attends the gym. He loves pushing himself to the limit and finding new ways to live life to the full.
