Harriet Shaw

Introduction:

Harriet has over 5 years of professional services experience at both Big 4 and Top 6 firms, having originally trained within audit at PwC as a Newcastle University ‘Flying Start’ where she qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA). After this, Harriet spent the best part of a year travelling around Australia (campervan-style), the South Pacific and Southeast Asia before joining the Transaction Services team at Grant Thornton where she gained thorough experience providing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on a wide range of transactions.

Harriet joined the Convex family as a Manager in March 2022, adding to the existing dynamic Execution team.

Outside of Corporate Finance, Harriet could be considered a crazy cat lady with two British Shorthairs, however she does not take life too seriously and enjoys dancing, eating good food, spending time with friends and family and can often be found bottomless brunching at the weekend.
