Jack’s Flight Club
Convex Capital exclusively managed, structured and completed the majority sale of JFC Travel Group Co (trading as Jack’s Flight Club) to global travel deals publisher Travelzoo at a valuation of $20m.
Established by co-founders Mikhail Mayzenberg and Phil Wintermantle, Jack’s Flight Club is the UK and Europe’s largest cheap flights membership club. The company has grown rapidly since inception and in 2019 saved its 1.4m+members over $25m on flights.
The Convex deal team was led by Mike Driver and Nathalie Hodgkinson with James Edge and Warren Meggitt originating the transaction and identifying Travelzoo as the strategic purchaser.
