Convex Capital exclusively managed, structured and negotiated the sale of Qualitech Environmental Services Limited, to CorpAcq Limited a UK based multi-divisional, diverse portfolio of companies. The deal value is undisclosed.
Headquartered in Haydock, Qualitech is a leading expert in facilities management and offers a full suite of facilitiesmanagement and industrial services. With strategically placed operational sites across the UK, the Company has grown in just eight years to be one of the market leaders in the sector.
The Company was established by five shareholders who are all remaining with the business post deal to help deliver on an impressive growth plan.
By targeting the industry’s biggest players and securing long-term collaborative relationships, the shareholder group have grown the Company to £15m Revenue with over 100 employees.
The Convex deal incorporated Chris Froggatt and Tom Campbell.
