Convex Capital originated, led, structured and completed the sale of Eneteq Services, the UK’s foremost experts in technical heat network solutions, to Veolia plc, the global leader in optimised resource management.
Eneteq Services was founded by Richard Johnson and Colin Taylor, and is based in Northampton. The business specialises in providing integrated, bespoke, and highly skilled engineering solutions, underpinned by a deep technical and commercial understanding of heat networks. The Company has experienced impressive growth and is now uniquely positioned to benefit from the rapid expansion of the district heating market.
Convex Capital structured a deal where the shareholders will remain with the business following the deal and continue to drive growth under the ownership of the Veolia Group.
