Hall and Campey
Convex has acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor on the sale of Hall and Campey, leading providers of an array of waste oil collection services across the UK, to Dundein backed OSS Group, one of the largest waste management companies in the UK.
Hall and Campey was established in 1977 by business partners Colin Hall and Paul Campey. It employs 21 members of staff and has a turnover of £2.4m.
The company provides an array of waste oil collection services across the UK, as well as offering a confidential destruction service. Following the deal, husband and wife team Gary and Deborah Swain, managing director and shareholder, will take on new roles within the OSS Group, with Gary taking on a business development position.
