The Boulters
Convex has acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor on the sale of The Boulters, a UK based group of specialist care providers, to The Rushcliffe Care Group, one of the UK’s largest independent care home operators and caters for a range of care needs across the UK including learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and rehabilitation, challenging behaviours, specialist nursing services and dementia care.
The Boulters was founded in 1995 and specialises in the care of young people with emotional and behavioural problems as well as learning difficulties. It is run by Tony and Julie Boulter and comprises five registered homes, five supported living properties and a learning and skills centre.
