WHP Telecoms

Convex Capital has structured, led and completed the £38m sale of WHP to UK based Palatine.

WHP Telecoms is a leading end to end mobile telecoms support services business, working with all the key players involved with the UK’s mobile network infrastructure.

The Company was founded in 1988, employs 275 people and operates nationally from offices in Warrington, Leeds, Glasgow and Reading. The UK mobile telecoms market has been very strong over the last few years and the management team of Rob Potter, Paul Hullah and Martyn Cheyne are looking forward to continuing leading the business in these exciting times. Convex Capital also advised WHP on the original transaction two years ago, which saw private equity firm, Key Capital Partners invest in the Company.

The sale to Palatine sees KCP exit fully.

The Convex difference: generating fantastic returns for both management and institutional stakeholders
